Delete your SingCupid account and data at any time — from the app, the website, or by email.
SingCupid (singcupid.com and the SingCupid mobile app)
You can permanently delete your SingCupid account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the mobile app
1. Open the SingCupid app and sign in.
2. Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Cancel Account.
4. Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Delete from the website
1. Sign in at singcupid.com.
2. Open Settings → Cancel Account, or go directly to singcupid.com/settings/cancel.
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Delete by email
If you can no longer sign in, email support@singcupid.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it and confirm by reply within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, photos, videos, music, messages, matches, likes, winks, posts, and notification settings are permanently deleted immediately. Uploaded files are removed from our storage at the same time. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts.
What may be kept
• If you choose to answer the optional exit survey when leaving, we keep your answers together with your name and email address so we can follow up and improve the service. Email support@singcupid.com to have that removed as well.
• Limited records required by law or to enforce our Terms, such as records of accounts banned for abuse.
Prefer a break instead?
You can pause your profile instead of deleting it. Pausing hides you from search and discovery but keeps your account, photos, and messages until you come back. Find it under Settings → Cancel Account → Pause.
