Our published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, how to report a concern, and who to contact.

SingCupid (singcupid.com and the SingCupid mobile app) is an adults-only dating and community service. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards apply to every member, every message, and every piece of content on the Service.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Date of birth is required at sign-up and accounts that fail the age check are refused. Any account found to belong to, or to be presenting as, a minor is removed immediately.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate, permanent removal from the Service:
• Uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, animated, or AI-generated imagery depicting minors sexually.
• Sexualising minors in any way, including text, role-play, or "age play" that references minors.
• Grooming: contacting, befriending, or attempting to build trust with a minor for a sexual purpose.
• Sextortion, trafficking, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Sharing personal information about a minor, or seeking to meet a minor.
• Advertising, promoting, or seeking any of the above.
3. How to report a concern
Every member can report directly inside the app and website:
• Open any member's profile (tap their name or photo from a conversation, match, or search result) and tap Report.
• Block the member from the same menu to stop all further contact instantly.
• You can also email support@singcupid.com with the subject "Child safety".
Reports involving minors are prioritised above all other moderation work and reviewed by a human. You do not need to be the person affected to report.
4. What we do when CSAE is reported or detected
• The content is removed and the account is suspended immediately while we review.
• Confirmed CSAM is reported to the Singapore Police Force and, where the material or the account has an international nexus, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline.
• We preserve the evidence needed for law enforcement and cooperate with lawful requests from investigating agencies.
• The account, and any linked accounts, are permanently banned. We do not knowingly allow a banned member to return.
5. Compliance with law
We comply with all applicable child safety laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the child abuse material offences under the Penal Code 1871 and the protections of the Children and Young Persons Act 1993, and we cooperate with the Singapore Police Force and the Infocomm Media Development Authority in line with our obligations, including those arising under the Online Safety (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2022.
6. Designated point of contact
Our designated child safety contact is able to speak about our CSAE prevention practices and compliance and can be reached at support@singcupid.com. Law enforcement requests may be sent to the same address marked "Law enforcement".
7. Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In Singapore, call the Police on 999. Online child exploitation can also be reported to the Singapore Police Force via the i-Witness portal at police.gov.sg/iwitness, or to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
